This exhibt will showcase freeDimensional artists and culture workers-in-distress who use their stories to illustrate critical, contemporary issues. Art and creativity are often commodified without the acknowledgment of the social issues they represent, and thus the relation between culture and society erodes. freeDimensional seeks to strengthen this relationship by taking practical steps to ensure individual safety, raise awareness and instigate change.
Bluegreen gallery has partnered with freeDimensional to curate and exhibit these artists’ work - a multi-media virtual gallery of stories illustrating critical, contemporary issues. Sales of the artists’ work will help sustain the artist and support additional freeDimensional projects.
